A notary may charge $5.00 per signature for taking and certifying the acknowledgment for the execution of any instrument or writing,
$5.00 per person for administering oaths or affirmations without verification or proof, and
$5.00 per signature for a verification or proof.
Notarial certificates, five dollars ($5.00) per certificate.
>Travel charges are additional and are calculated for each individual appointment as a separate fee from the notarization.
>To allow for expedient notarization without incurring additional fees, please be certain all documents are appropriately completed. Time is money.
- Travel up to 15 miles : $ 55.00
- Per mile after 15 mile : $1.00
- Cancellation at table : Full Travel Fee
- Airport base fee: $ 75.00
- Jail / Prison base fee (2 hours allotted) : $150.00
- Excessive Waiting Times - $ 15.00 per ¼ hour
- Notary Signing Cancellation Fee: $ 50.00
- Copy set for Signer $ 25.00
- Fax Receive: $ 1.00 per page
- Post Signing Fax Back $ 1.00 per page
- Post Signing Scan & E-mail $ 2.00 per page
